SHIPPING, DELIVERY, & RETURNS
Standard shipping time in the US generally takes anywhere between 3-5 business days, depending on where you're sending to.
FedEx 2-Day guaranteed shipping is available for an additional cost.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for rates. (Sanitizers contain alcohol and therefore cannot be shipped with expedited delivery.)
Within the continental U.S., we ship via UPS, FedEx Ground or United States Postal Service.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO boxes are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Please note that we do not currently ship internationally except as noted above.
Each shipping estimate is uniquely based on the order’s weight, cubic measurements, and the delivery destination provided.
If changes are made after your order is submitted, your salesperson will provide you with a new shipping estimate.
All shipping estimates are NON-BINDING and may be subject to additional verification and service charges needed at the time of shipment.
The actual total charges will be determined at the time of shipment.
This is strictly based on shipments that are set up by the customer. All pick-up wrapped orders have to be routed out by the customer, which means they will need to provide their sales representative with the name of the trucking company, contact information, name, time and date of pick-up and order#.
Pick-Up Will Call
Customers picking up orders must give their sales representative time and the date for scheduling a pick-up and include the order #.
We cannot ship, deliver, or release merchandise for pickup until the order has been paid and received in full.
Puranicusa accepts many forms of payment such as money orders, checks (traveler’s, electronic and cashier’s), credit cards, credit lines, and wire transfers.
Refunds & Cancellation
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us of any issues within 14 days of receiving it. Returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number, which you can obtain by contacting us at email@example.com. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost. When returning products, we strongly suggest using a shipping method that offers tracking services to ensure their arrival. Also, any order that has been processed in the warehouse is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
Missing and/or Damaged Items
Each shipment is regarded as a piece count. This means drivers must count and sign the number of cartons and/or pallets as well as the consignee (customer) at the destination. Any physical damages or discrepancies such as crushed, opened, loose, or missing cartons must be noted on the drivers receipt at the time of delivery.
